It's always an exciting time when your best friend is bringing life into the world. I am so honoured to be able to capture such beautiful milestones in my friends and families lives. When planning Valerie's motherhood shoot we knew that, Zach and Valerie love capturing candid's of their life. With this in mind we planned for the expecting couple to do an activity within their home. Baking is one of Valerie's favourite things to do and Zach wanted to try baking cookies for the first time. Seeing them having fun together makes my job so much easier to capture those authentic moments. Funny enough all their pet friends; doggo Peeve and cats Pepper & Leo wanted to be in on the fun as well!
Earlier this year I started playing around with an old camcorder, documenting moments in my life. Zach and Valerie loved this idea and wanted to get their own to capture life of their growing family. I thought it was a fun idea to record them, recording themselves.
